What you provide

The forms collect your email, optional name, room interest, any message you send, consent and submission time. Please do not submit account numbers, brokerage credentials, identification documents or trade tickets through these forms.

How it is used

Waitlist submissions are used to manage interest and provide TSOWS product and access updates. Contact submissions are used to respond to the request. Submitting does not create a paid subscription. Confirmation and marketing emails are not sent automatically by this website.

Storage and access

Submissions are stored using the website’s hosting and database services. The TSOWS owner can view, export and delete them through an authenticated owner page. Basic hosting logs may also be processed by the hosting provider. A daily hashed network identifier is used to limit form spam; raw IP addresses are not stored in the forms database.

Retention and your choices

Submissions are retained while needed for the early-access process or your inquiry. To request access, correction, withdrawal from updates or deletion, use the contact form with the email address you originally provided. Requests are handled manually by the owner.

Cookies and external links

This site does not add advertising trackers. The hosting provider may use essential security and authentication cookies. External links, including Operator login and educational sources, follow their own privacy practices.
